Jr ISR Tactical Controllers

About the Role

Culmen International is seeking Jr ISR Tactical Controllers to support operations at Fort Bliss in El Paso, Texas.

What You'll Do in Your New Role

• Dynamically task, control, and optimize multi-domain ISR sensors to maintain comprehensive situational awareness across complex land and maritime environments.
• Execute cross-cueing and dynamic re-tasking of aerial, ground, and maritime assets based on emerging Priority Intelligence Requirements (PIR) and time-sensitive targets.
• Assist with daily operations center reporting and processes to include assisting with the development of operational summaries, storyboards, images, and video capturing.
• Present decision makers with findings, options, and recommendations through coordination and participation in cross-organizational engagements.
• Part of a 24-hour operations center and must be willing to cover shifts outside of business hours as the contract allows.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a college or university. Experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree by offering an alternative combination of educational, professional, and/or technical experience.
• ISR Tactical Controller (ITC) Graduate, Service Agnostic.
• 2+ years' experience and capabilities for the successful execution of tasks associated with specific duty positions/focus areas.
• 2+ years'' experience and capabilities in a military setting managing a multitude of tasks associated with being an ISR Tactical Controller.
• Experience in controlling multiple ISR assets within CCMD airspace.
• Active TS/SCI clearance.
• Ability to work night and/or weekend shifts.

Desired Qualifications

• Graduate of ISR Tactical Control course within the past five years preferred.
