We are currently looking to fill a Direct Hire Jr. Maintenance Technician opportunity for a scattered portfolio of apartments throughout Baltimore, MD! If you re a service oriented Maintenance Technician who is well versed in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances, apply today! Our client is offering $20-$21 per hour along with great benefits.

Essential Job Functions for Maintenance Technician:

Perform basic maintenance tasks such as changing locks and working with vendors

Completes all repairs and work orders as necessary in residential homes

Proficiency in electrical and plumbing repairs and troubleshooting

Completes and logs all assigned work orders in a timely fashion

Drives to individual residential homes to rectify all maintenance issues

Provides excellent service to residents

Knowledge Skills and Abilities for Maintenance Technician:

High school diploma or equivalent

1 year of residential maintenance experience preferred

General knowledge of all aspects of maintenance repair and service

Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and climb ladders

Valid Driver s License and vehicle

Ability to communicate effectively both in writing and verbally
