This role will own the product strategy, roadmap, prioritization, and execution for solutions that support transaction processing, payment operations, financial reconciliation, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities Product Strategy & Roadmap Management
- Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for assigned financial operations products and capabilities.
- Balance long-term strategic initiatives with immediate business priorities and operational needs.
- Develop data-driven recommendations that align product investments with business objectives.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, scalability, customer experience, and financial accuracy.
- Establish and communicate clear product priorities across stakeholder groups.
- Lead the full product lifecycle from ideation and requirements gathering through development, launch, and optimization.
- Partner closely with Engineering teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
- Define business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
- Prioritize and maintain the product backlog based on business value, customer needs, and technical considerations.
- Manage competing priorities and ensure resources are focused on the highest-impact initiatives.
- Develop a deep understanding of transaction processing, payment operations, reconciliation, and financial workflows.
- Identify process improvement opportunities that increase efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Evaluate system performance and recommend scalable enhancements to support future growth.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across operational and financial processes.
- Define and monitor KPIs, success metrics, and operational performance indicators.
- Analyze product usage, operational performance, and business outcomes to inform decision-making.
- Leverage data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Create and maintain reporting frameworks that provide actionable insights to business stakeholders and leadership.
- Partner with Finance, Accounting, Operations, Technology, Compliance, and other business teams to align priorities and execute initiatives.
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Translate complex business requirements into scalable technology solutions.
- Build consensus and influence decision-making across multiple stakeholder groups.
- Support the design and implementation of scalable system integrations and platform enhancements.
- Evaluate business needs and recommend technology solutions that improve reliability, scalability, and performance.
- Develop subject matter expertise within assigned product domains and operational processes.
- Contribute to long-term platform modernization and transformation initiatives.
Qualifications Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
- 5+ years of Product Management experience supporting technology products or platforms.
- Proven experience owning product roadmaps and driving product strategy.
- Experience working closely with Software Engineering teams in Agile environments.
- Experience managing complex cross-functional initiatives from concept through implementation.

- Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering, QA, analytics, and business teams.
- Understanding of systems integrations and complex technology ecosystems.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Experience using data and reporting tools to support product decisions.
- Ability to translate operational and financial requirements into technology solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in retail, e-commerce, digital commerce, payments, financial technology, or omnichannel operations.
- Familiarity with business intelligence and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
- Experience with application monitoring and observability tools.
- Knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), reconciliation, and financial operations processes.
- Understanding of regulatory, compliance, tax, or audit considerations related to financial transactions.
- Experience supporting high-volume transaction environments.
