Jr Operations Specialist

We are seeking a Junior Operations Specialist to support domestic and international tradeshow logistics for import/export customers and U.S. clients shipping domestically. This role is responsible for coordinating customs clearance, delivery, pickup, and re-export of exhibition shipments while ensuring timely, cost‑effective, and compliant operations. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and problem‑solver who thrives in a fast‑paced, detail‑driven environment, builds effective relationships with clients, vendors, drayage providers, and government agencies, and consistently delivers first‑class service through both client-facing and behind‑the‑scenes operational coordination.
