About the Role:
Garden of Wonders LLC is looking for a passionate and nurturing Jr. Pre-K Teacher to join our growing team in Union, NJ! This is a wonderful opportunity to make a lasting impact on young learners during their most formative years in a warm and supportive environment.



Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities for Pre-K students
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
• Support early childhood development through play-based and structured learning
• Monitor and document student progress and developmental milestones
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student growth
• Assist lead teacher with daily classroom routines, transitions, and activities
• Maintain a clean, organized, and engaging classroom space

Requirements:

• CDA, Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred
• Prior experience working with Pre-K or early childhood age groups
• Knowledge of early childhood development principles and best practices
• Strong communication, patience, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to obtain or current holder of required NJ childcare certifications
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Warm, energetic, and child-centered approach to teaching
