Adecco is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Jr Project Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for prospective customers, providing exceptional customer experience while identifying needs, recommending solutions, and guiding customers through the sales process.


Schedule: 8:30am – 5pm, Monday - Friday


Key Responsibilities:


+ Handle Inbound Leads: Respond promptly to incoming calls, emails, and chat inquiries from prospective customers.

+ Qualify Leads: Assess the needs of potential customers and determine their fit for our products/services.

+ Provide Product Information: Educate leads about our offerings, highlighting features, benefits, and value propositions.

+ Conduct Consultative Sales: Engage in meaningful conversations to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.

+ Follow-Up: Maintain consistent follow-up with leads to address any questions, provide additional information, and move them through the sales pipeline.

+ Close Sales: Guide prospects through the sales process, addressing objections and closing deals effectively.

+ Maintain CRM Records: Accurately document interactions, track leads, and update customer information in our CRM system.

+ Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals.

+ Collaborate: Work closely with other sales team members and departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

+ Ensure Operational Success: Which comprises of, but is not limited to, management and review of purchase orders, work-order generation, project status updates, and day to day customer inquiries including inbound calls.

+ Customer Complaints: Ensure customer complaints are addressed and handled professionally, leaving the customer with a positive resolution.

+ Miscellaneous Tasks: Provide guided tours, attend tradeshows, and customer-focused events, as required.

+ Other duties, tasks, and responsibilities that may be assigned at any time.


Skill Requirements:


· Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.


· Effective communication and interpersonal skills.


· Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.


· Basic understanding of program or project management principles.


· Problem-solving mindset with a willingness to learn.


· Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams.


· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).


· Exposure to ERP/MRP systems or project management tools is a plus.


· Interest in additive manufacturing, aerospace, defense, or advanced manufacturing.


· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred.


· 0–3 years of experience in project coordination, program management, or manufacturing environment.


· Internship or co-op experience in aerospace, defense, or manufacturing is a plus.


· Familiarity with AS9100 or regulated environments is beneficial but not required.


· PMP certification not required; interest in pursuing certification is a plus

Pay Details: $33.00 to $36.00 per hour
