Description

Location: Philadelphia, PA (Hybrid)

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Delivery Lead to oversee Signaling & Communications workstreams within a major rail EAM transformation program. This role combines technical leadership, stakeholder engagement, project delivery, and team management responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a multidisciplinary team supporting signaling and communications asset management transformation.
  • Manage scope, schedule, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate activities between client stakeholders, implementation partners, and technical teams.
  • Drive adoption of EAM business processes and organizational change initiatives.
  • Facilitate executive-level meetings, workshops, and status reviews.
  • Ensure alignment between maintenance requirements and EAM solution capabilities.
  • Identify and resolve program risks and issues.
  • Support roadmap planning and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of rail signaling and communications experience.
  • 3+ years leading large infrastructure, EAM, CMMS, ERP, or digital transformation programs.
  • Experience managing large cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated success delivering complex technology and business transformation initiatives.
  • Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
  • Experience with Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications

  • IBM Maximo implementation experience.
  • Passenger rail experience.
  • PMP certification.
  • Knowledge of FRA, AREMA, and rail industry standards.

Benefits

Pay Rate: 65$ - 85$ Per Hour
