ACKitchen is seeking a detail-oriented Junior Sous Chef to join our fast-paced, high-end production kitchen. This is a hands-on role for a chef who thrives in structured environments and takes pride in precision, consistency, and execution.
This is not a line cook role we are looking for someone with experience in high-volume, high-quality production such as catering, banquets, or similar operations.

What You ll Do
- Execute recipes with precision and consistency
- Support daily kitchen production in a fast-paced environment
- Assist with prep, organization, and kitchen systems
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety
- Contribute to a team that values efficiency, discipline, and quality
What We re Looking For
- 5 years in an upscale or high-performance kitchen
- Experience in catering, banquets, or high-volume production (strongly preferred)
- Strong attention to detail this is critical
- Ability to follow systems and execute at a high level
- Comfortable working under pressure and with urgency
- Fluent in English
Nice to Have
- Experience with plant-based or nutrition-focused cooking
- Pastry or baking experience
- Familiarity with specialized diets
Position Details
- Full-time (40 50 hours/week)
