All Roads, with over 40 locations in 12 states is searching for a Jr. Bilingual Recruiter to join us onsite in Dundalk, MD. We will provide training - you will provide a positive attitude and a desire to learn!

Salary & Compensation

• Salary range $50,000 - 62,000 based on experience
• Full time hours, Monday - Friday with flexibility to interview as needed

Responsibilities

• With training, create effective sourcing pipelines for current and future openings.
• Assist as needed with the pre-employment candidate screenings (background, drug testing, driving records...)
• Perform positive and timely customer service functions by answering manager and candidate requests, questions and proactively finding solutions.
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state and local employment laws and regulations.
• Other duties as needed.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time, benefits eligible position. Full time hours Monday - Friday with a flexible but consistent start time and availability to interview as needed after hours.

Travel

To company locations periodically to assist with building relationships, approximately 25%
