Jr Test Engineer/Data Analyst

DCS is looking for a junior engineering to provide testing and data analysis support to an Army PM at Aberdeen Proving Grounds, MD.

Essential Job Functions:

Use MATLAB tool to conduct detail analysis for how the system is performing.

Support Test Incident Reports (TIRs) review efforts by providing analysis from data to inform decisions on closure.

 

Actively participate in discussions on the design and potential improvements of data analysis tools, contributing valuable insights and suggestions.

 

Coordinate with the team to collect and provide quick looks of the data to ensure that equipment is functional and harvesting the correct data.

 

Data analyst also identifies and creates Test Incident Report as part of the analysis and post-processing effort.
 

Also support local and field test events as required and provide assistance with test related integration efforts.

Required Skills:

Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.

Bachelor's degree in engineering and 2 years of experience.

Secret level clearance is required.

At least one year of experience testing DoW products.

Must be self-motivated with background in Matlab and/or Python scripting and data analytic tools with technical background.

Pay Range and Benefits: There are a variety of factors that can influence salary at DCS Corp, including but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.

The proposed salary range for this position is:

Salary Range: $73,160 - $110,000
