Jr UX Content Designer

Position Title: UX Content Designer
Location: PA - Pittsburgh
Work Status : 5 Days Onsite
Duration : Contract to Hire
Years Of Experience Required : 6 + Years

Industry Background: UX Content Design and UX Writing experience required Payments and Money Movement experience preferred

Function of the Group: Mitigating Risk / Generating Revenue

Roles and Responsibilities:
· Create content for digital banking experiences and build subject matter expertise within a particular set of features
· Partner with Designers to apply UX Writing best practices
· Identify user problems and create clear, effective content solutions
· Collaborate with writers to maintain content guidelines and consistency
· Conduct user research including test plans, interview guides, scripts, and analysis
· Support the design process through content strategy integration
· Partner with Product Managers on Legal, Risk, and Compliance reviews
· Present and explain content decisions to non-experts and stakeholders

Must Have Technical Skills:
· 2–4 years of UX Writing and/or UX Content Design experience
· Strong copywriting and editing skills
· Digital content delivery experience
· Microsoft Office proficiency
· Experience working in regulated environments (Legal, Compliance, Risk)
· Financial Services, Healthcare, Insurance, or similar regulated-industry experience

Flex Skills
· Experience in Payments or Money Movement preferred
· Experience with Figma · Agile methodology experience
· Content strategy experience
· Design thinking knowledge
· Digital communications experience
· UX Design exposure
· Banking, Investments, Financial Services, Insurance or Healthcare experience
