Jr Web Developer

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Junior Web Developer to support the development and maintenance of enterprise web applications and internal business systems. This role works closely with cross-functional teams to build, enhance, and support web-based applications and database-driven solutions.

The ideal candidate has a solid technical foundation, a willingness to learn new technologies, and enjoys working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance internal web applications and business systems.
• Design and implement server-side functionality and database components.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
• Troubleshoot application issues and provide ongoing production support.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Provide technical assistance and support to other team members as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Approximately 4+ years of experience in web application development or enterprise software development.
• Working knowledge of web application development concepts and database technologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies quickly.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience developing and maintaining enterprise web applications.
• Familiarity with relational databases and database-driven applications.
• Understanding of software development best practices and the software development lifecycle.
• Experience supporting production applications and resolving technical issues.
• Java/Oracle/Integration/WebServices
• Korean/English bilingual
