Jumper/Route Service Representative RSR's have an established base of customers that we service on a weekly basis. The position is a physical position in which the Jumper/Route Service Representative (RSR) delivers and picks up products rented by the customer from us. Jumper(s)/Route Service Representative(s) (RSRs) are the face of the company to our customers and must develop and maintain lasting business relationships with key decision makers and provide exceptional customer service. Responsibilities also include growing our existing customer base by upselling additional products and services, negotiating service agreement renewals and controlling inventory while working professionally, safely and complying with driving and vehicle regulations. Responsibilities include but not limited to:Operate company delivery vehicles safely while strictly adhering to all Department of Transportation (DOT) and local traffic regulations.Maintain compliance with all driving, vehicle, and transportation safety regulations.Deliver goods to customers efficiently, ensuring scheduled route timelines are met.Prepare and organize linens for delivery in strict accordance with company production standards.Verify and count customer linens accurately to ensure correct inventory management and billing.Load delivery carts systematically guarantee order accuracy for each assigned route.Grow the existing customer base by proactively upselling additional products and services.Negotiate service agreement renewals professionally to maximize customer retention.Communicate effectively and professionally with production teams, service co-workers, and management personnel.Ability to frequently lift, move, and maneuver items weighing up to 55 pounds.Comfort standing, walking for extended periods, and climbing ladders as needed.Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced, industrial warehouse environment, which may include exposure to ambient dust.Capability to perform other duties and operational tasks as assigned by management.Requirements:Must possess a valid Class D Chauffeur's License prior to the designated start date.Provide a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) demonstrating a safe driving history.Previous background in a warehouse, logistics, or production environment is preferred.Possess reliable transportation ensuring consistent and punctual attendance to the facility.Benefits:Comprehensive Health, Dental, and Vision insurance plans401(k) retirement savings planPaid time offLife insurance and short-term disability optionsTraining and development
