We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Junior Account Executive to join our growing team. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals looking to build a career in marketing, client relations, and community engagement. The Junior Account Executive will work closely with clients, support outreach initiatives, and help execute promotional campaigns that increase awareness, engagement, and support for nonprofit and community-focused organizations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning and execution of marketing, outreach, and fundraising campaigns.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, community partners, and event attendees.
  • Represent client campaigns at community events, promotional activations, and outreach initiatives.
  • Communicate campaign goals, services, and impact to prospective supporters and donors.
  • Track campaign performance, donor engagement, and outreach results.
  • Collaborate with leadership and account management teams to ensure client objectives are achieved.
  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development programs.
  • Support event logistics, setup, and coordination efforts.
  • Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a professional and positive attitude.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
