As a Junior Account Executive, you will be the face and voice of our company. You'll manage the full lifecycle of the customer experience-from the first "hello" to the final delivery. Core Responsibilities: Customer Engagement: Handle inbound calls and inquiries with professionalism and energy. Sales Cycle Support: Provide accurate quotes, process Purchase Orders (POs), and set up new customer accounts. Relationship Management: Maintain and strengthen existing client relationships while proactively following up on leads. Business Growth: Identify opportunities to grow our customer base and expand our market reach. Data Integrity: Keep our CRM and account databases updated and accurate.
Schedule & Compensation Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (No weekends!) Pay Structure: Competitive Base Salary + Commission.
What We're Looking For Communication Pros: You have excellent phone etiquette and can write clear, professional emails. Tech-Savvy: Strong basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, CRM experience is a plus). High Energy: You bring a positive attitude and a "get-it-done" mentality to the team.
