MCL Talent Partners is hiring for a local agency in Overland Park that promotes 100% from within. This is an entry-level, client-facing sales role. Every manager in the organization started in this exact position.

You will meet with business owners, present solutions, and manage client accounts. Strong performers have a clear path to leadership. This is a performance-based role — your results drive your income.

What you'll do:

• Meet face-to-face with business owners and decision-makers
• Present products/services in a consultative way
• Handle enrollments and provide ongoing account support
• Manage your own appointments and follow-ups in the CRM
• Participate in structured training and one-on-one mentorship
• Work a Monday–Friday daytime schedule

Compensation

• Performance-based with uncapped earning potential + performance bonuses
• Target first-year range: $42,000 – $90,000+, depending on performance
