This role offers a great opportunity to build your accounting career in a dynamic and supportive environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in full cycle accounts payable and a solid foundation in general accounting functions.Key Responsibilities:Perform full cycle accounts payable , including coding and processing vendor invoicesPrepare and record expense accrualsReconcile balance sheet accounts , including prepaids and fixed assetsPrepare and post monthly journal entriesAssist in the monthly close processComplete bank and account reconciliationsSupport internal and external audit processesUtilize intermediate Excel skills , including VLOOKUPs and pivot tablesQualifications:AA/AS or BA/BS in Accounting preferred or working toward degree2+ years of relevant accounting experienceStrong understanding of general accounting principlesProficiency in Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables required)Experience with ERP systems preferredDetail-oriented, organized, and a team playerAbility to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentIf you're ready to grow your accounting career and contribute to a high-performing team, we'd love to hear from you.
