Key Responsibilities - Junior Accountant- Own full-cycle AP and AR processing across multiple entities
- Record and reconcile intercompany transactions and shared expenses
- Support payroll processing for ~40 employees (Paychex)
- Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and assist with month-end close
- Monitor cash activity, vendor relationships, and payment accuracy
Qualifications - Junior Accountant- 1+ year of accounting experience or internship (AP/AR exposure is great)
- Familiarity with QuickBooks and Excel
- Comfortable working onsite and being part of a collaborative team
