Based on past candidates and employees, the majority of this role is office support across many areas—filing, phones, shipping, bank runs and errands, bill management sent to the accounting team, inventory, and general office coordination. In reality, less than 10% of the role typically involves actual bookkeeping in QuickBooks and the other 90% are within an office/assistant role based on the duties mentioned. You must have excellent organizational skills, be able to multitask, and work well under pressure. The job consists of accounting support (Quickbooks 2023 desktop experience is a MUST, credit card settlements, bank reconciliations, Procedure to pay processes, and Order to cash processes), overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office, calendar management, organizing travel arrangements, fulfillment and shipping support, helping to create marketing funnels, answering phones and directing call traffic, helping to draft emails and newsletters, and delegating web tech tasks to sites like Fiverr, Upward, etc. This position is for a creative person who is very passionate about business, life, and overall well-being. You need Mac or PC computer skills, word, excel, (social media based graphic design help is a plus) and be quick to learn. Experience in marketing (especially funnels, AI) is a plus.
