Junior Accountant

Job Title: Junior Accountant (CPA Track Preferred)

Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Accountant with strong QuickBooks experience to support financial operations across a multi-entity organization. This role is ideal for a candidate on the CPA track who is looking to grow within a fast-paced environment that includes intercompany transactions and multiple business units.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting functions within QuickBooks Online across multiple entities
• Record and reconcile intercompany transactions and maintain accurate financial records
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes
• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
• Prepare journal entries and maintain general ledger accuracy
• Assist with financial reporting and audit preparation
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
• CPA candidate or actively pursuing CPA preferred
• 1–3 years of accounting experience
• Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks Online (multi-entity experience a plus)
• Understanding of intercompany transactions and reconciliations
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple entities and priorities efficiently
