Job Title: Junior Accountant (CPA Track Preferred)
Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Accountant with strong QuickBooks experience to support financial operations across a multi-entity organization. This role is ideal for a candidate on the CPA track who is looking to grow within a fast-paced environment that includes intercompany transactions and multiple business units.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day accounting functions within QuickBooks Online across multiple entities
- Record and reconcile intercompany transactions and maintain accurate financial records
- Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes
- Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
- Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Prepare journal entries and maintain general ledger accuracy
- Assist with financial reporting and audit preparation
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
- CPA candidate or actively pursuing CPA preferred
- 1–3 years of accounting experience
- Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks Online (multi-entity experience a plus)
- Understanding of intercompany transactions and reconciliations
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple entities and priorities efficiently
