SUNY Ulster County Community College, a two-year branch of the State University of New York located ninety miles north of New York City in the Catskill Mountains, is currently accepting applications for a Junior Accounting Specialist.
The Junior Accounting Specialist reports directly to the Director of Accounting and is responsible for processing and maintaining financial information relating to the activities of the College and Association, including bank reconciliations, posting journal entries, reconciling the general ledger, performing daily close, accounts payables, accounts receivables, asset inventory control and depreciation, finance training and other duties as required.
An initial starting salary of $48,000 with an excellent benefits package. This position is contingent upon adequate funding.
