Job Description
We are looking for a Junior AI Project Manager to support the planning, coordination, and delivery of AI/GenAI projects. The ideal candidate should have experience managing technology projects and working with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
Manage project timelines, tasks, milestones, and deliverables.
Coordinate with AI/ML engineers, developers, business teams, and stakeholders.
Track project progress, risks, issues, and dependencies.
Conduct project meetings and provide regular status updates.
Maintain project documentation, schedules, and reports.
Support the delivery of AI/ML, Generative AI, or automation projects.
Help coordinate requirements, testing, deployment, and project releases.
Ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines and scope.
Required Skills
4–5 years of experience in Project Management / Technical Project Management.
Experience working on AI, ML, GenAI, data, or technology projects.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or similar.
Good understanding of software development/project lifecycle.
Strong organizational, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred
Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, AI/ML platforms, or cloud technologies.
PMP, Scrum Master, or similar certification is a plus.
Experience working in an enterprise technology environment.
Note: Candidates should have no more than 5 years of total professional experience and be comfortable working in the Houston, TX area according to the client's on-site/hybrid policy.
