Junior APR Tier II Technician

Consider joining us today to make a difference. Primary Responsibilities:The APR Technician Tier 2 provides support for routine escalations requiring additional troubleshooting beyond Service Desk capabilities. Additionally, in this position you will:Resolve assigned incidents and service requests.Perform remote troubleshooting.Document findings and resolutions.Support user communication and status updates.Collaborate with senior technicians on complex issues.Maintain SLA compliance requirements. Qualifications:Two (2) years of IT support experience.Understanding of Windows operating systems and desktop support.
