About the PositionThis is a law clerk to associate attorney position. Pay will be modified once bar passage is received. We are anticipating hiring a candidate who is currently studying for the July 2026 bar exam and targeting a start date in August. The position will begin as a law clerk and transition to an associate attorney role upon bar passage.Candidates must have a strong desire to practice family law, work with private clients, appear in court, and help real people. Ideal candidates desire to grow in their knowledge and practice as attorneys and understand that learning does not end with bar passage—it merely begins there. Actual law firm experience is a must.
