Trident Consulting is seeking a "Junior AV Support Technician" for one of our clients in "San Francisco, CA (5 days in the office a week)" A global leader in business and technology services.

Rate:$39/hr on w2

Requirements

Experience: 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in AV support, IT helpdesk, live event production, or a related technical support role.
The "Google House" Ecosystem: Familiarity with Google Workspace, Google Meet hardware, and ChromeOS devices. You should be comfortable supporting cloud-based collaboration platforms.
Technical Foundations: A solid, basic understanding of AV signal flow (audio, video, and control), EDID, common cable standards (HDMI, USB-C, CAT6), and basic networking principles as they relate to AV.
Customer-First Attitude: Highly collaborative with strong verbal and written communication skills. You can explain technical concepts to non-technical users with patience and empathy.
Adaptability & Problem-Solving: The ability to remain calm under pressure during high-stakes meetings, take direction well, follow established processes, and ask excellent questions.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Industry certifications (such as AVIXA CTS, Dante Certification, or ITIL) or relevant technical coursework are a massive plus and show your dedication to the craft.
