Supporting the preparation, coordination, and submission of competitive tenders for airport lighting projects.The role requiresstrong organizational skills, technical understanding, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Activities & AccountabilitiesManage the end-to-end bid process, from opportunity qualification to final submission;Analyze tender documentation and identify key requirements;Coordinate with internal departments (engineering, sales, procurement, finance) to gather necessary inputs;Prepare high-quality technical and commercial proposals in line with client specifications;Ensure compliance with tender requirements, deadlines, and company standards;Support cost estimation and pricing strategies in collaboration with technical teams;Maintain and update bid documentation, templates, and proposal libraries;Monitor bid outcomes and contribute to continuous improvement of the proposal process;Assist in contract review and handover to project execution teams.Skills RequiredDegree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering or related fields is preferredPrevious experience (2–5 years) in bid management, proposal writing, or technical sales support;Experience in airport-related projects is a strong plus;Ability to read and understand technical specifications and drawings;Experience working within FAA (Federal Aviation Administration) regulatory frameworks or on FAA-compliant aviation projects is highly appreciated;Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
