About the Role
We are partnering with our client to hire a Bridge Design Structural Engineer for an immediate opening on their growing team. This role focuses on designing and producing structural plans for bridge and roadway projects, while working closely with internal teams and public agencies.
What We're Looking ForQualifications:
2+ years working as a bridge designer
Ability to Obtain NYS Professional Engineering license in the future
Report writing skills
Proficiency in MicroStation and/or AutoCAD
B.S. Civil Engineering
Familiar with New York State Department of Transportation specifications/Client Sheets
Ability to design prestressed concrete or steel girder bridges according to NYS standards and codes
Familiar with the LDSA process for working with local municipalities
