Job Description

We are seeking a Junior Business Analyst for a contract position working onsite at our Austin, Texas client.

Responsibilities include:

* Elicit and document requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria

* Facilitate stakeholder meetings and capture decisions and action items

* Map current - and future - state processes

* Support design, configuration, and testing of Microsoft Power Platform solutions

* Use AI tools (Claude, Microsoft Copilot) to draft documentation, summarize meetings, and analyze data

* Work with technical teams on AWS-hosted solutions

* Run UAT, track defects, and support sprint planning in an Agile environment



Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 2 + years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Platform, or other Microsoft low-code tools
• Working knowledge of AWS (Cloud Practitioner or equivalent a plus)
• Practical AI experience, with Claude and/or Copilot preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Public Sector experience
