Role Snapshot

Join GSC in Germantown, WI (On-site) as a Business Development Representative focused on introducing prospects to leading 3D engineering software and services. You’ll learn the craft of sales in a supportive environment while making measurable impact.

Your Impact

  • Grow the customer base through proactive calling and prospecting
  • Reignite interest with existing customers
  • Run multi-channel outreach and presentations (phone, email, video, social, etc.)
  • Document every interaction and provide clear notes for TAE handoff
  • Explain the business value of 3D engineering solutions to non-technical and technical buyers
  • Collaborate with seasoned sales and technical teams

Must-Haves

  • Appetite to learn new technologies and offerings
  • Working grasp of sales/marketing fundamentals
  • Confident communication skills and strong organization
  • 1+ year in a selling role
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related area preferred

Nice-to-Haves

  • Exposure to 3D technologies such as SOLIDWORKS and Additive Manufacturing (3D Printing); training available
  • Background or knowledge in SaaS
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • CRM experience preferred
