JUNIOR BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATEHirani Engineering & Land Surveying, D.P.C. is seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Junior Business Development Associate to support our growth initiatives across our engineering, surveying, and inspection services. This role offers a blend of office coordination and field engagement, providing exposure to client interactions, project sites, and internal strategy.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport business development efforts across multiple divisions (MTSI, Land Surveying, GEM, Building Envelope, Engineering)Identify and track new business opportunities, leads, and client prospectsBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry contactsAttend industry events, client meetings, and site visits to support relationship-building effortsCoordinate with internal teams to gather information for proposals, presentations, and qualification packagesAssist in preparing proposals, RFQs/RFPs, and marketing materialsMaintain accurate records of client interactions and opportunities in CRM systemsConduct market and competitor research to support strategic initiativesProvide general administrative support to the business development functionQualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (preferred)1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing (AEC industry experience preferred)Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quicklyComfortable working in both office and field environmentsHighly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-throughProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites and client meetingsWhat We're Looking ForA self-starter with a strong work ethic and positive attitudeSomeone curious about the AEC industry and eager to learnA team player who can collaborate across departmentsA professional who understands the importance of relationship-building and client service#J-18808-Ljbffr
