Job Summary:
The Junior Business Solutions Analyst contributes to the evaluation and enhancement of core business processes by applying modern analytical methods, AI capabilities, and technology-driven insight. This role partners with cross-functional teams to understand operational needs, assess current systems, and support the development of solutions that improve efficiency, accuracy, and overall organizational performance.

Duties/Responsibilities:
Observe and document existing business processes, workflows, and systems to help identify areas for improvement or automation.
Assist in researching and evaluating potential solutions, including AI tools, and help prepare summaries and recommendations for review.
Support the implementation and testing of new applications, process changes, and AI-assisted workflows.
Help maintain data pipelines and perform basic data validation and quality checks to ensure accuracy across systems.
Assist in building reports and dashboards that give the business better visibility into operations, sales, and finance.
Apply AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar) to streamline routine tasks and reporting processes.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Management of Information Systems (MIS), Business Analytics, Business Administration, or a related field required.
Knowledge of AI tools (e.g., prompt engineering, ChatGPT, automation tools) is strongly preferred.
Basic knowledge of SQL or Python is a plus; willingness and ability to learn these tools is expected.
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, Looker) is a plus.
