Summary:

\n

Our client is looking for a sharp sales coordinator to join their growing team. The sales coordinator will assist in the processing of claims and chargebacks for their customers.

\n

\n

Job Responsibilities:

\n

• \n
• Validate and process claims, like rebates and chargebacks to process payment to customers.
• \n
• Investigates market conditions and facilities to determine time, place, type of sale, and whether items shall be sold individually or in lots.
• \n
• Process and track claims in Excel and SAP.
• \n
• Promotes satisfactory customer relations.
• \n
• Communicates cross functionally with multiple teams.
• \n

Skills:

• \n
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, customer service and interpersonal skills
• \n
• Must have good organization and planning abilities
• \n
• Must have solid Excel knowledge including VLOOKUPs, pivot table, X and V lookup, etc.
• \n

\n

\n

Education/Experience:

\n

• \n
• Background in accounting or finance highly preferred
• \n
• Proven track record of claims, sales and negotiating experience
• \n
• Bachelor’s degree in business, computer sciences, finance, marketing or another relevant field highly preferred
• \n
• 2+ year’s experience
• \n
