Junior Client Account Manager

Mountain Peak Marketing Inc. is hiring a Junior Client Account Manager to support our growing AT&T B2B campaign. This Junior Client Account Manager role focuses on learning how to manage client relationships, support sales performance, and contribute to team development. As a Junior Client Account Manager, you will work directly with business clients to ensure they receive clear, accurate information about AT&T services.

Each Junior Client Account Manager receives hands-on training in sales strategy, leadership development, and client communication to build a strong foundation for long-term growth.

Responsibilities of an Junior Client Account Manager: 

• Conduct face-to-face meetings with business clients to present AT&T services and generate sales
• Monitor sales performance and contribute to achieving team goals
• Provide support and direction to team members during sales interactions
• Work alongside the Junior Client Account Manager team to maintain productivity and results
• Maintain a professional and organized environment in all client-facing settings
• Support daily team operations and assist with workflow coordination as an Junior Client Account Manager

Qualifications: 

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States
• Background in sales, customer service, or client-facing roles is a plus
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively
• Leadership potential and the ability to grow into an Junior Client Account Manager role
