Position Overview
We are looking for a motivated and relationship-driven professional to join our growing IT Workforce Solutions team in Central New Jersey. This role combines client account management and business development, providing hands-on experience in client engagement, account growth, and workforce solutions. It is an excellent opportunity for Business graduates or MBA candidates seeking to build a long-term career in sales and client management.
Responsibilities
Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients to drive satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Identify opportunities to expand services and increase account penetration.
Generate new business through outbound calls, targeted email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and professional networking.
Partner with internal recruiting teams to understand client hiring needs and deliver high-quality IT talent solutions.
Schedule and lead client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.
Maintain accurate CRM records and actively manage sales pipeline activity.
Consistently work toward defined revenue goals and performance KPIs.
Support client retention and business growth initiatives.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field (MBA preferred).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Confident, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.
Interest in IT staffing, workforce solutions, and client acquisition.
Prior sales, internship, or customer-facing experience is a plus but not required.
Must be based in or willing to work onsite in Central New Jersey.
Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
