You’ve earned your CDL. Now it’s time to gain the experience that turns it into a long-term career. We are seeking recent CDL school graduates to join our expanding southeastern fleet operating out of Charlotte, NC. Our paid training program is designed for new drivers who want to learn from experienced mentors, build confidence on the road, and begin earning without delay.
$1,600–$1,800+ weekly

What the job looks like
Predictable regional routes centered in the Carolinas and neighboring states
Approximately 3,000 miles per week
No-touch dry van freight
Most loads are drop-and-hook
Brand-new automatic trucks, fully loaded and assigned to each driver
No slip seating
24/7 dispatch support

Training program
Drivers who have completed at least 120 hours of CDL school instruction may qualify for the paid training program

Requirements
Valid Class A CDL
Minimum 120 hours of CDL school instruction
Satisfactory driving record
Must meet DOT and hiring requirements
