Junior Commercial Driver's License Truck Driver

You’ve earned your CDL. Based in Charlotte, North Carolina, we are seeking CDL school graduates to join our expanding regional fleet. Our paid training program is designed for new drivers who want to learn from experienced mentors, gain confidence on the road, and begin earning without delay.

• $1,600–$1,800+ weekly
• Paid every Friday

Position highlights:

• Predictable regional routes based out of Charlotte
• Approximately 3,000 miles per week
• No-touch dry van freight
• Most loads are drop-and-hook
• Brand-new automatic trucks
• Equipment fully loaded and assigned to each driver
• No slip seating
• Dispatch support available 24/7
• Home time options to support work–life balance:

Training program:

• Paid training available to drivers who have completed at least 120 hours of CDL school instruction
• Work with an experienced mentor, emphasize safety, and gain the on-road experience required to progress

Requirements:

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 120 hours of CDL school instruction
• Satisfactory driving record
• Must meet DOT and company hiring requirements
• Availability to start as soon as possible is preferred
