Junior Commercial Driver's License Truck Driver

You have earned your Class A CDL and are ready to turn it into a long-term career. We are recruiting recent CDL school graduates to join our expanding Southeast regional fleet, with positions based in Columbia, SC. Our paid training program is designed for new drivers who want mentorship from experienced drivers, practical on-road experience, and the opportunity to begin earning promptly.

• $1,600–$1,800+ weekly
• Paid every Friday

Typical assignment:

• Predictable regional routes serving the Southeast
• Approximately 3,000 miles per week
• No-touch dry van freight
• Majority of loads are drop-and-hook
• Brand-new automatic trucks, fully loaded and assigned to each driver (no slip seating)
• 24/7 support from dispatch
• Home-time options to help maintain work–life balance:

Training program:

• Paid training available for drivers who have completed at least 120 hours of CDL school instruction
• Mentorship with experienced drivers focused on safety and skill development
• Opportunities to gain the experience necessary to advance confidently in a driving career

Requirements:

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 120 hours of CDL school instruction
• Satisfactory driving record
• Must meet Department of Transportation (DOT) and company hiring requirements
• Available to start as soon as possible
