Junior Commercial Driver's License Truck Driver

Position based in Greensboro, NC. We are seeking Class A CDL school graduates to join our expanding Eastern fleet operating out of the Greensboro area. Our paid training program is designed for new drivers who want to learn from experienced mentors, gain confidence on the road, and begin earning promptly.

Job duties and work pattern

• Predictable regional routes centered in the Eastern region
• Approximately 3,000 miles per week
• No-touch dry van freight
• Majority of loads are drop-and-hook
• Brand-new automatic trucks, fully loaded and assigned to each driver (no slip seating)
• 24/7 support from dispatch
• Home time options to suit work–life balance:

  • Home every other week

Training program

• Paid training available for drivers who have completed at least 120 hours of CDL school instruction
• Mentor-led program with emphasis on safety and practical experience
• Designed to provide the skills and experience required to progress with confidence

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 120 hours of CDL school instruction
• Satisfactory driving record
• Must meet DOT and hiring requirements
• Availability to start as soon as possible
