Junior Commercial Driver's License Truck Driver

You have earned your CDL and are ready to build a career. We are recruiting recent CDL school graduates to join our expanding Northeast regional fleet operating out of the New Haven, CT area. Our paid training program supports new drivers through mentoring, on-road experience, and a prompt start to paid driving.

Compensation and benefits:

Position overview:

• Predictable regional routes serving Connecticut and the broader Northeast
• Approximately 3,000 miles per week
• No-touch dry van freight
• Most loads are drop-and-hook
• Brand-new automatic trucks assigned to each driver (no slip seating)
• 24/7 support from dispatch
• Home time options to support work–life balance: weekly or every other week

Training program:

Drivers who have completed at least 120 hours of CDL school instruction qualify for the paid training program. Participants are paired with an experienced mentor, focus on safe driving practices, and gain the practical experience required to operate confidently in regional service.

Requirements:

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 120 hours of CDL school instruction
• Satisfactory driving record
• Must meet DOT and hiring requirements
• Available to start as soon as possible
