We are seeking recent Class A CDL graduates to join an expanding Eastern regional fleet operating out of the greater Philadelphia, PA area. This opportunity is designed for new drivers who want paid, mentor-led training, consistent miles, and predictable regional routes while building a long-term driving career.
- Compensation: $1,600–$1,800+ weekly; paid every Friday
- Paid training: One month of paid training with an experienced mentor

Job details
- Predictable regional routes operating from the Philadelphia area
- Approximately 3,000 miles per week
- No-touch dry van freight—most loads are drop-and-hook
- Brand-new automatic trucks, fully loaded and assigned to each driver

Training program
- Paid training available for drivers who have completed at least 120 hours of CDL school instruction
- Training pairs new drivers with a mentor to focus on safety, road skills, and performance
- Designed to provide the experience and confidence needed to transition to regular regional driving assignments
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum 120 hours of CDL school instruction completed
- Satisfactory driving record
- Must meet DOT and employer hiring requirements
- Available to start as soon as possible
