You have earned your Class A CDL and are ready to build a career. This opportunity is intended for CDL school graduates based in Philadelphia, PA, to join an expanding Eastern fleet. The position includes paid training with experienced mentors, on-road experience, and a structured progression into regular driving assignments.

Position overview
Predictable regional routes operating from Philadelphia and serving the Northeastern U.S.
Approximately 3,000 miles per week
No-touch dry van freight
Majority of loads are drop-and-hook
Brand-new automatic trucks, fully loaded and assigned to each driver
No slip seating; drivers retain assigned equipment
24/7 support from dispatch
Flexible home time options, including weekly or every-other-week schedules
Training program
Paid training available for CDL school graduates who meet eligibility
Trainees work with a mentor, focus on safety, and build on driving experience during the training month
Minimum requirements
Valid Class A CDL
Minimum 120 hours of CDL school instruction
Satisfactory driving record
Must meet DOT and hiring requirements
Availability to start as soon as possible
