You’ve earned your CDL. Now it’s time to get the experience that turns it into a real career. We are seeking CDL school graduates to join our expanding Eastern fleet serving the Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania region. Our paid training program is designed for new drivers who want to learn from experienced mentors, gain confidence on the road, and begin earning promptly.

• $1,600–$1,800+ weekly
• Paid every Friday

Position overview:

• Predictable regional routes serving Pittsburgh and surrounding areas
• Approximately 3,000 miles per week
• No-touch dry van freight
• Most loads are drop-and-hook
• Brand-new automatic trucks
• Trucks fully loaded and assigned to each driver
• No slip seating
• 24/7 dispatch support

Home time options:

• Home weekly
• Home every other week

Training program:

• Drivers who have completed at least 120 hours of CDL school instruction qualify for the paid training program
• Work with an experienced mentor
• Focus on safe driving practices and gaining practical on-road experience

Requirements:

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 120 hours of CDL school instruction
• Satisfactory driving record
• Must meet DOT and company hiring requirements
• Immediate start preferred
