Junior Commercial Driver's License Truck Driver

You have earned your Class A CDL. This opportunity is designed for CDL school graduates seeking the experience to build a long-term driving career. We are recruiting graduates to join our expanding Eastern fleet with assignments serving the Raleigh, North Carolina area. Our paid training program is structured for new drivers to learn from experienced mentors, develop on-road confidence, and begin earning promptly.

• $1,600–$1,800+ weekly

Position overview:

• Predictable regional routes operating in the Eastern U.S., with assignments serving the Raleigh, NC area
• Approximately 3,000 miles per week
• No-touch dry van freight
• Majority of loads are drop-and-hook
• Brand-new automatic tractors
• Equipment fully loaded and assigned to each driver; no slip seating
• 24/7 dispatch support
• Home time options to support work-life balance:
  • Home weekly
  • Home every other week

Training program:

• Paid training available to drivers who have completed at least 120 hours of CDL school instruction
• Assigned mentor during training to emphasize safe driving practices and skill development
• Training designed to provide the experience required to advance confidently into regular regional operations

Requirements:

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 120 hours of CDL school instruction
• Satisfactory driving record
• Must meet Department of Transportation (DOT) and employer hiring requirements
• Available to start promptly
