Junior Commercial Driver's License Truck Driver

You have earned your Class A CDL and are ready to build a career. We are recruiting CDL school graduates to join our expanding fleet serving Stamford, CT and the surrounding Northeastern region. Our paid training program is designed for new drivers who want mentorship from experienced drivers, time to gain confidence on the road, and the opportunity to begin earning quickly.

What the job looks like

• Predictable regional routes based out of Stamford, CT
• Approximately 3,000 miles per week
• No-touch dry van freight
• Most loads are drop-and-hook
• Brand-new automatic trucks, fully loaded and assigned to each driver
• No slip seating
• 24/7 dispatch support
• Home time options available, including weekly and every-other-week schedules

Training program

• Paid training is available for drivers who have completed at least 120 hours of CDL school instruction.
• Participants are paired with experienced mentors, focus on safety, and gain the practical experience needed to progress with confidence.

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 120 hours of CDL school instruction
• Satisfactory driving record
• Must meet DOT and hiring requirements
• Availability to start as soon as possible is preferred
