Junior Commercial Driver's License Truck Driver

Position based in Stamford, Connecticut, for recent CDL school graduates to join an expanding regional fleet serving the Northeast. This role offers a paid training program with experienced mentors to develop on‑road skills, build confidence, and begin earning promptly.

• $1,600–$1,800+ weekly

What the job looks like:

• Predictable regional routes originating from Stamford, CT
• Approximately 3,000 miles per week
• No‑touch dry van freight
• Majority of loads are drop‑and‑hook
• Brand‑new automatic trucks, fully loaded and assigned to each driver
• No slip seating
• 24/7 support from dispatch

Training program:

• Drivers who have completed at least 120 hours of CDL school instruction may qualify for the paid training program
• Assigned mentor, with emphasis on safety and practical experience to progress confidently

Requirements:

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 120 hours of CDL school instruction
• Satisfactory driving record
• Must meet DOT and company hiring requirements
• Availability to start as soon as possible
