Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active Texas Bar license (or ability to become licensed promptly)
• 2–4 years of commercial litigation experience
• Experience handling discovery, drafting pleadings and motions, legal research, and client communications
• Strong legal writing, analytical, and advocacy skills
• Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment
• Trial, arbitration, or deposition experience is a plus
