Personnel in these roles will operate, maintain, and troubleshoot secure and non-secure communication, audio, video, VTC, and data systems critical to mission execution.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate, monitor, and maintain audio, video, video teleconferencing (VTC), and data communications systems during exercises and training events.Provide real-time support for communication systems including secure and non-secure voice, ISR-related systems, and integrated battle staff communication platforms.Troubleshoot communication system issues rapidly to minimize disruption to training or operational timelines.Coordinate with mission staff, exercise planners, and command center personnel to ensure seamless communication capabilities.Maintain proficiency on assigned communication equipment and ensure compliance with security and operational standards.Required Technical ExperienceCandidates must individually have a minimum of 4 years of experience operating at least one or more of the following systems or equipment types:Secure & Non-Secure VOIPDefense Red Switch Network (DRSN)Audio Recorder SystemsEmergency Communications Center (ECC) systemsAMX Video Display UnitsPLANAR Video Wall SystemsDICES Thin Client Audio ControllerGOLDJWICSVOIP TerminalsSTENNPESJoint Integrated Missile Defense / Missile Warning Training Systems (JIMDTS)Applicants should demonstrate detailed hands-on operational experience with these systems in mission, exercise, or training environments.Requirement ExperienceMinimum of 5 years of experience in Nuclear Command, Control, and Communications (NC3) OperationsMAJCOM-level experience operating audio, video, video teleconferencing, and data communications systemsDirect experience in a Command Center, Operations Center, or Battle Staff environmentDeep understanding of NC3 processes, workflows, system dependencies, and real-time operational communication requirementsDesired AttributesStrong communication and coordination skillsAbility to operate effectively in high-tempo, mission-critical environmentsFamiliarity with DoD communication standards, security requirements, and classified system handlingProven ability to support large-scale training events or operational exercisesThe GARRETT GROUP is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
