Junior Content Creator

The Staff Pad has partnered with a renowned property technology company in Houston, TX to find a creative, driven, and detail -oriented Junior Content Creator to join a growing Creative Team.

This is an exciting opportunity for an early -career creative professional looking to gain hands -on experience, expand their portfolio, and contribute to impactful marketing initiatives across multiple brands and channels.<\/span><\/p>

In this role you will work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Creative teams to create impactful content that builds brand awareness, drives engagement, supports lead generation, and fuels business growth.<\/span>

What You'll Do<\/span>

Responsibilities<\/span>
<\/p>

• Create and edit short -form video content for marketing, advertising, social media, and branding<\/span>
  <\/li>
• Design motion graphics, animations, and video content aligned with brand goals<\/span>
  <\/li>
• Capture, edit, and repurpose content across digital channels<\/span>
  <\/li>
• Develop presentation decks and sales materials for marketing and business development<\/span>
  <\/li>
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Creative teams to support campaigns objectives and content strategies<\/span>
  <\/li>
• Assist with creative concepts, storyboards, and content development<\/span>
  <\/li>
• Repurpose content into videos, animations, graphics, presentations, and digital assets<\/span>
  <\/li>
• Stay current on content trends, platform updates, and best practices<\/span>
  <\/li>
• Maintain content calendars and ensure timely project delivery<\/span>
  <\/li>
• Monitor content performance and optimize engagement and reach<\/span>
  <\/li>
• Support graphic design, photography, videography, and marketing collateral projects<\/span>
  <\/li><\/ul>

  What We're Looking For<\/span>

  Qualifications<\/span>
  <\/p>

  • 1–2 years of digital content creation experience<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Portfolio showcasing video, motion graphics, presentations, or creative work<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Proficiency in video editing and motion graphics software like Adobe, Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut etc.<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Experience creating professional presentations using PowerPoint, Google Slides, Canva etc.<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Knowledge of digital and social content best practices<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Strong visual storytelling, attention to detail, ability to manage multiple projects & meet deadlines<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Eagerness to learn, accept feedback, and grow professionally
    <\/span><\/li><\/ul>

    Preferred Qualifications<\/span>
    <\/p>

    • Experience in creating content for brands, agencies, or marketing campaigns.<\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Adobe Creative Cloud, Photoshop & Illustrator proficiency<\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Photography and videography knowledge<\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Content analytics awareness & client presentation experience
      <\/span><\/li><\/ul>
