The CT Team is looking for a Junior Customer Acquisition Representative to join our team and support telecom and energy client campaigns throughout the greater Hartford area.
If you have experience working with people in retail, restaurants, hospitality, customer service, or another customer-facing role, this could be a great opportunity to take the next step in your career. No previous sales experience is required. We provide comprehensive training and ongoing mentorship.
What You'll Do
- Connect with prospective customers and introduce client products and services
- Represent nationally recognized telecom and energy brands in person
- Build relationships and help customers find solutions that fit their needs
- Support customer acquisition and account growth efforts
- Work closely with team members to achieve campaign goals
- Develop professional communication, sales, and leadership skills

Position Details
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 10:30 AM - 6:30 PM
Compensation: Expected first-year earnings of $45,000-$55,000, including commission
