Role Overview

The CHB Delivery Associate is responsible for coordinating and executing shipments while ensuring customer service levels and operational requirements are met daily.

This role supports assigned client accounts by managing shipments from start to finish, becoming familiar with client import programs and products, and coordinating file processing with internal teams and external partners.

\n

A major focus of this role will be:
